It would be useful to see some pictures of your fridge setting and glass stand. The fridge issue will require some surface transformation or casing.
1)Try placing in which ever way you can acoustic absorption material (foam or panels) in the reflective vertical surfaces around your fridge, back or side walls. Other more severe option is to box the fridge with a kind of furniture like structure and use acoustic lining or acoustic panels, always being careful not to block the heat dissipation system.
