OK, let's accept that for the sake of argument - even though we have no
such example, and on the contrary, ABX CAN reveal differences between
the highest bitrate MP3 and WAV.  But go on.

Sure.  There's a term for that size of difference - it's called
"audibility".

Absolutely agreed.  Real differences also exist between two files that
are identical except for the name.

Whoa there!  How did you get from "real differences exist" to "the
differences are audible but cannot be detected by ABX"?  I must have
missed a step in there somewhere...  can you please clarify?  Maybe you
could give an example of a case where you know there is an audible
difference, but ABX can't reveal it?
