This sure ain't about me! :-} It is just that andyg's argument implying that "if same bits come through it should sound the same" seemed to me rather limited, and since we enjoy a real priviledge of comunication with the manufacturers here (honestly, many thanks for that), I hoped for a more elaborate response, like the one from Sean.
