I would say definetaly not Brian. Haven't tried it to be honest, but the difference hooking the SB3 up to the Dac was far bigger than adding the PSU to the SB3/Bdac setup.
It would improve the analogue SB3, this in fact is where most believers say the difference is made the most. If your interested in improving a second system, I've a spare Beresford MK6/III I'm selling.
