On the subject of PS upgrades, cords, and so on, there are many posts
on this Forum. One is 'Getting the Best out of New SB3'
(http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=59264) and there are
many others to search. With the help of a new program to track and
verify the finding of substituting equipment and accessories, Phil and
I have yet to find any Power Supply, Battery, cord, or cable that makes
one single bit of difference in the Duet Receiver or SB3 (Classic).

In conclusion, save your money and just enjoy your music. If you’re
serious about upgrading a Duet or Classic, save your money and buy a
Transporter or a very nice DAC.
