If just for mainly computer use, close to the speaker, and small room,
then I would just get the A2s. If you know for sure that they will be
used in a bigger room and not for near sound listening later, then it
would be worth wild to consider the A5s. As in, if later you might pair
them with an SB3, Duet, or Touch in a larger room like a den or living
room.

If considering the AudioEngine A5s, also look at the Adam A5. This is
going to be confusing as the Adam gets more popular. I listened to a
pair of them at CEDIA and they were fairly impressive. I would like to
do an ABX of the two A5s to see where the strengthens of each are and
who I think the overall winner would be.
