OK, I can confirm I give up. XCFA (cdparanoïa) and RubyRipper (cdparanoïa plus specific algorith, extraction is made twice and results are compared) gave me differents results (in the sense : FLAC audio MD5 checksum), between them and between EAC/dbPowerAmp or RipStation Micro.
I still think there are things unclear under all of this.
