Hi I just got a Transporter and besides hooking it up to the SqueezeBox server running ALAC, I also hook up my CD player as a transport so that it can use the Transporter's DAC.
I am having trouble defeating the Transporter's volume control when the RCA Coax Digital inputs is active. That's despite me setting "Output Level fixed at 100%" in SB Server. I use my preamp to control volume and the transporter's output is fixed when I stream from SB Server but NOT when I switch to CD Transport...when CD is playing, I can still adjust the volume via the transporter which i DONT want. Any idea?
