Yes the wireless is a seperate chip, but the firmware is monolithic,
meaning it isn't modular so they can't just drop the wireless drivers
from the source and release that. There may be other pieces that cannot
be released as source too. In face, you have all the WMA code in there
that they couldn't open source, plus any handling of subscription radio
services as well.

Not just the Xilinx, but the whole IP3K development platform needs to
be bought, if it's not $10K, it's probably more.
