Yes it is !!(hence me sporting the idea 2 models or options) much better than the original Touch fitting it with reasonable computing power. Is the fit PC powerfull enough to run transcoding web-UI and all off Erlands plugins other wise you idea sinks in the same hole as the Touch server.
