If 5-way, there is no way to do it by accident. Better forget about it. I needed over 1 year to get my 3-way right and i still don´t know it is maxed out. Even if they measure great. I still wonder how the Infinity engineers in the 80s were able to get their passive, big floorstanders going. Some of them are good sounding even in recent terms qualities. I down myself in front of them for what they did back then. Besides that, there are modern chassis that are covering frequency areas with ease and low distortions that were not in sight years back.
What still impresses me are well designed Horns...
