hmmm...
the custom-convert.conf file - did you put it in the folder:
c:\program files\squeezebox\server\plugins\inguzeq ?
the custom-convert.conf file should also be in:
{your cache folder}\installedplugins\plugins\eq
the location of your cache folder is shown on the information tab of
the settings page in the web UI
If this all looks OK we need to check the server.log...
