True story: a high ranking Soviet minister was paying a visit to a
research facility (this happened many decades ago in a former Soviet
Union). They demoed some newly invented farm machinery to him,
something quite revolutionary and stunning for that time. The minister
commented: "I can see that this works in practice, but the question is:
can it work in theory?"
