Phil I have the same problem, I installed the new plugin.pm and modified the convert.conf file with -d 24 parameters and only got noise from the Touch. The Inguz log does show nothing, Inguz does not start and no inguz.exe running. I will investigate further today . Are you shure that plugin.pm is not always active ? Chris
