Inguz will do this (and more) and will sound better than the Behringer
for various reasons... but installing Inguz and getting it running is
not for beginners. However, there are plenty of tips in the plugins
forum...

By the way, it is NOT true that any DIGITAL EQ degrades the sound.
Alters, yes, but degrades... not necessarily. Inguz only makes things
sound better IME. Of course, if you go wild with the EQ it can sound
pretty bad, but a couple of dB here and there is fine. After all, your
speakers are doing a much worse job of reproducing the original
frequencies anyway!

Digital EQ (done properly) does not have most of the problems
associated with analogue EQ.
