It is mind-boggling that someone who appears to be able to tweak the Squeezebox, can also be so -completely oblivious to how it works-.
Data loss in TCP/IP??? Real-time streaming??? A/V realtime traffic??? You're talking about a completely different technology than the Squeezebox network music streamer, aren't you? Oh, you aren't. This thread is taking cognitive dissonance to almost psychedelic levels. I do not understand how it's possible to twist one's brain in such a fashion. But I have to admit (shamefully) that it's also a little bit fascinating to watch. What makes these people tick, and how are they able to achieve anything at all? Fascinating.
