Phil, Regarding your point above, is it true that the Touch will sound better than the Duet even when feeding an external DAC via optical cable? The reason I ask is that I have a well regarded DAC (Audio-gd NFB-2) that I currently have connected to a Duet receiver. Should I expect improved sound by changing to a Touch, or does the source in this case not matter since the DAC is actually converting the data?
