My age is 30 now, but I hear well above 16KHz.

All my life I've tried not to damage my hearing by avoiding too much
exposure to loud sound. I hate ringing in my ears after a loud
event...
Sometimes I wear ear plugs.

I do sometimes look at the spectrograms of recordings to confirm what I
hear but not the other way around.
