Hm. So how would this interference manifest itself? I haven't had a buffering problem since upgrading my router, so I don't have a concern in that area. I'm trying to work through each part of the data path in order to determine why CDs played in the transport sound better than from the media server (S/PDIF digital out to the same exact DAC). My system resolves at quite a high level, so it's easy to hear intimate musical detail.
Maybe it's a "master-slave" thing with the master clock?
