One may get the impression this part of the forum is under-moderated by purpose.
What is much more likely is that the moderators decided one day to use this section as kind of Recycle-Bin because at some point a growing percentage of posts was just that, a big waste This is easier as always to argue with Trolls, deleting their accounts or watch if they rejoin under different name. Give them their padded cell where they can be king. This strategy i see a bit critical. If someone who has no clue and reads in here the first time must get the impression the Touch is a badly designed piece of hardware that needs much work to make it work right and high quality output is a gamble.
