FS#1205 - maximised windows do not stay maximised when they change size User who did this - Daniel Hahler (blueyed) ---------- I think that awesome should track/honor any geometry changes for a window. But for the maximized state(s), it should not use them for displaying. This means that a client, which gets a new geometry while being maximized, will have the new geometry being used when the maximized flag is removed. My initial use case was a custom function, which sets the geometry. This would then also have to make sure that the maximized flags are being unset. In this context, it would be useful, if awesome had an API to set both maximized_vertical and maximized_horizontal at the same time, i.e. client.maximized. ---------- More information can be found at the following URL: https://awesome.naquadah.org/bugs/index.php?do=details&task_id=1205#comment3863 You are receiving this message because you have requested it from the Flyspray bugtracking system.
