Update.  I have loaded all of the files onto the Bacula web site in a 
directory cross-tools.  This directory cannot be indexed, so you cannot view 
the list of files, but they are all there, and by either downloading them 
explictly with wget or changing the URL in the shell script, you can download 
all the files that we *actually* use.

At some later time, I'll probably modify the shell script to automatically 
reference the bacula web site.  http://www.bacula.org/cross-tools.
