yoghurt sebaiknya diberikan bila usia anak sdh >1 tahun krn klo < 1th dikhawatirkan
pencernaan belum kuat ---> bisa diare lho.Klo nggak salah yogurht itu hasil fermentasi
dari susu, jadi klo mo kasih ke anak perlu lihat juga keadaan anak.
