Mbak Nur,

Aku juga gak melahirkan cesar sih (2-2nya normal), tapi banyak kakakku yg 
cesar, rata2 mereka tidak pake acara 'tapel menapel', tapi dgn senam (ada 
yg body language, emang agak lama kembali susutnya mengingat usia dan udah 
anak ke sekian, cuman yg paling cepet balik tuh pake senam kegel - hanya 
latihan pernafasan nya agak sulit, kalo salah ya efeknya gak cepet balik - 
hehehehehehe - berhubung kakakku rajin yah doi berhasil menyusutkan perut 
sampe rata  kayak sebelom melahirkan).
Kalo aku seh pake campuran jeruk nipis plus myk kayu putih (2minggu aja, 
males juga) plus sit-up pagi sore kalo inget, kalo lupa n males ya lewat 
aja.... ntar kalo ada temen ngajakin berenang baru olahraga deh, hehehehe

hmmm...saya juga ndak punya pengalaman sesar siy. cuma kalo dipikir2 
dengan
logika, apa ndak sakit tuh, kalo dibebet2 bin dikasih tapel? kalo kata 
milis
sebelah siy, mending olah raga u/ ngecilin perut dan nguatin otot perut.
