ttg sumsum sapi...kalopun mang dah kadung jadi kek daging gitu, dibikin jadi sate aja Mbak...tusuk2 dan selang/seling ma nanas ato apa-lah yg disenengin...[ato diseling ma buaya, eh, buah lain maksud'e].. bakar dikit dan sausnya terserah...suka yg pk kacang ato saus kecap biasa... well, ide aja siy...walo g pernah masak sendiri....
