aku saat ini (hamil anak ke2, bulan ke 6) minum Ultra UHT yg low fat (kotak putih) kadang yg plain (kotak biru) enak2 aja badan, tp kadang kaki sering ngilu, nyambung gak yah hehehe soale kali aja kalsiumnya kurang kalo bukan susu hamil...
plus susu kedelai langganan 2 hr sekali di plasti di anter ke rumah hamil anak pertama dipaksain bgt minum prenagen dll... rasanya mo mun...mun... hehe hamil skrg lbh enjoy krn gak hrs maksain susu hamil... sesakali es krim, karena mmg gak tll ngefans es krim....
