Mbak Susi, Biasanya jika ibu-ibu hamil terutama kalau hamilnya sudah 7 bln katas, seringkali tanpa di sadari setiap bangun pagi, melakukan gerakan merenggang tubuh, hal ini bisa memancing kaki kram.
Apakah mbak punya kebiasaan seperti di gambarkan diatas? Jika punya sebaiknya di hindari, jika pegal kaki, sebaiknya tidur telentang lurus dgn kaki di ganjal bantal.
