Setau saya, perhitungan dosis dengan berat badan emang lebih akurat. Yang saya baca di MIMS (buku yang berisi informasi tentang obat): - Dosis Mucopect untuk anak kurang dari 1 tahun : 0,5 ml, sehari 2 kali. - Dosis Nipe untuk bayi kurang dari 1 tahun : 0,5-1 ml, sehari 3-4 kali. Untuk pipet tetes yang terkalibrasi, 20 tetes = 1 ml, jadi 1 tetes = 0,05 ml
