Mba Yenni... kalo soal ganti2 pengasuh...wah...dari anakku bayi..sampe sekarang entah uda berapa belas kali ganti orang (anakku kembar, jadi waktu bayi dipegang 2 pengasuh)....tiap bulan pasti pusing gara2 pengasuh yg gak betahlah...gak bisa kerja lah...kabur lah....sampe sekarang saya prinsipnya ya ambil yayasan yg agak jauh dan terikat kontrak 1 tahun (BS) . memang agak mahal sih dibandingkan ama yayasan yg dekat2 ...Jadi setiap habis kontrak, saya ganti BS baru...biar anak2 gak terikat banget ama mbaknya....Awal2 memang rada repot, harus ajarin BS dan adaptasi anak2....tapi dari pengalaman2 yg sudah2, BS yg uda lama ikutan kita, kadang ngelonjak deh....anak2 dijahati, kita juga harus tutup sebelah mata....karena takut gak ada yg jaga kalo pas kerja....
