Kalo diet gitu aja tanpa herbali mah gak mempan, laparnya yg gak
tahan...hehehe..
dulu gue coba jenis yg paling murah (susu+tablet), mungkin teman lu ambil
paket yg mahal yg ada tehnya...tapi memang lidah terasa lain lho, kurang
selera makan.....
Res, emang kenapa yg berencana hamil kagak boleh akupuntur? apa bisa
membuat mandul???
abis rencananya mo punya momongan lagi shio babi,tapi sekarang pengen kurus
duluan...hehehe..

OoOoOhHhh...udah coba herbalife jg toh..?? ditempatku banyak yang berhasil
lho pakai herbl (wadow..malah promosi neh...), malah temanku sampe bisa
jalan2 ke thailand segala karena sukses pakai herbl dan jual herbl... dari
berat 68 kilo sampe akhirnya 45 kilo...gile ga..???
tapi ya itu,,dikantor beliau cuma minum teh product herbl ditambah ga makan
nasi lagi..
aku pikir kalo tanpa minum herbl juga kalo kita died ketat begitu pasti
berhasil,,, mana harganya mahal lagi....(untuk ukuran kocekku lho...)
about akupuntur, aku udah tanya keteman yang ikutan (ada banyak juga yang
ikutan ditempatku) katanya pertama tama kayak digigit semut aja... tapi
yang ke2 dst nya nda pa pa tok (gaya ikhoku)... malah katanya jadi enakan,
jadi tambah fresh ... begitu juga yang akupuntur wajah,,, katanya wajah
jadi makin ringan banget,,,,,,
Akupuntur itu juga baik kesehatan, peredaran darah jadi lancar,,,, jadi
dech makin banyak yang ikutan apalagi pake diskon..
tapi buat yang rencana hamil tidak dianjurkan,,
mungkin abis lebaran ini aku akan coba facial + akupuntur alias wajah dulu
yang divermak,,,,, buat sementara sit up 30x setiap pagi udah lumayan juga
hasilnya...... karena setiap sit up ada ikho diatas paha.... jadi olahraga
sekalian main sama ikholah....

Res, tanyain dong pasien2nya, sakit gak ditusuk2 kayak gitu..jgn2 cuma
penampilan aja yg seram ya......lebih sakit mana kayak disuntik
disini uda ada yg kurus lho....cuma orangnya lagi mudik, ya gak bisa
ditanyain...
dalam 2 bulan katanya turun 10kg, seluruh badan sih..
sebelumnya saya pernah ikut minum herbalife juga,habis sebotol gak lanjut
lagi (ada kurusan), abis mahal...sekarang mulai deh cara makan yg
jelek...tu perut uda buncit lagi..hehehe

emang kenape mpok..... udah merasa kegendutan.........????
akupun tadinya pingin ikutan akupuntur,,lihat body udah bundar begini,,,,
kebetulan salah seorang dokter klinik di tempatku buka praktek akupuntur
untuk melangsingkan, sekali treat 50 rb (diskon khusus karyawan) dan
diperlukan 10 kali pertemuan aja..................... (ini setelah dia
pelajari jenis lemak kita)..... tapi begitu lihat manusia manusia yang
terbaring dipenuhi dengan jarum jarum akupuntur,,,,duh,,,,,,,,,,,,ciut
nyaliku,,,,akhirnya batal dech keinginanku untuk langsing cara
akupuntur,,,mending aerobic lagi aja dech,,,,,,, terus fitness,,dengan
cara gendong gendong ikho....huehehe....
belum lagi facial plus akupuntur...duh,,,,tatuttttttttt =:o
