It looks like a quick/dirty fix is:

systemctl enable  /lib/systemd/system/bareos-filedaemon.service
systemctl enable  /lib/systemd/system/bareos-storage.service
systemctl enable  /lib/systemd/system/bareos-filedaemon.service
