This seems to be a problem with the ADC configuration. You could run one of the libpruio examples io_input <http://users.freebasic-portal.de/tjf/Projekte/libpruio/doc/html/ChaExamples.html#SubExaIoInp> or oszi <http://users.freebasic-portal.de/tjf/Projekte/libpruio/doc/html/ChaExamples.html#SubExaOszi> to check the hardware or the example analyse <http://users.freebasic-portal.de/tjf/Projekte/libpruio/doc/html/ChaExamples.html#SubExaAnalyse> to check the configuration. (The pins may be configured for touch screen?)
To get more detailed information you should describe the steps you perform to receive the ADC values.
