Dear List Members,

The Institute for Integrative Genome Biology at UC Riverside is looking
for a talented HPC/Linux Systems Administrator to join our
bioinformatics facility in managing several high-performance compute
systems for NG sequence analysis and other high-throughput technologies.
This career position will be responsible for the maintenance and
upgrades of a large Linux cluster along with a centralized data storage
system holding hundreds of terabytes of scientific data. It also
involves the optimization of data analysis routines to improve their
performance and scalability on distributed compute and data storage
systems.

A minimum of three years of professional experience with the
installation and systems administration of Linux-based parallel compute
systems is required for this position. Experience with several
programming languages, including C/C++, Perl, Python and R, is a strong
plus.
