libsigc++ (Chapter 8) failed during make with errors related to 'size_t'
and 'ptrdiff_t' not naming a type. Fixed by adding #include <stddef.h> to
signal.h and signal_base.h. I was using GCC-4.6.1 installed with LFS v7.0.

Anyway, the package was built, tested, and installed normally after I did
that.
