Ok.

Not sure I'm really aware of the problem here, but, firstly make sure that 
the email window is in fact maximised using Alt + space, and then X since 
this is sort of a common issue when using Jaws that if the OE windows aren't 
correctly 'arranged', then Jaws doesn't always read them correctly.
