Bob, I am going to answer all of the questions that I have knowledge of in this single email.
1. The difference between KeySoft 7.2 build 43 and 47 are mainly bugs fixes, there aren't any added features under build 47. To see a list of fixes made in build 47, type in keysoft 7.2 build 47 at HumanWare.com 2. There are still issues yet to be resolved with the support of various documents under KeyWord. The best thing to do is to have documents in word 2003 or earlier and have a .doc extension when transfering it to the BrailleNote. 3. In order to have support of HD Radio, it will require for HumanWare to get the drivers required for an HD tuner. It would also require for us to send the units back to have the HD tuner installed. I am also nto sure if the current hardware will support this. 4. When reviewing a message that is in your inbox, it should show all information, it will require the navigation keys and space bar to navigate through the various fields. 5. When streaming, there are two options, stream or download. In either case you will press the "play" link or some link of of the same nature on the page. To toggle between stream and download, you will need to go into the internet options by pressing backspace with o within keyweb, navigate to file management, and press yes/no to stream. 6. For your cell phone question, it depends on what you are wanting to do with your BrailleNote and which cell phone provider you are with.
