So now what we need to test is a one line change to brltty's udev rules. On the
SYSTEMD-WANTS line, remove the env(DEVNAME) bit so that it just says
brltty@.service. When the instance name is empty, systemd substitutes in the

i've done it. but it doesn't helps. brltty@.service stops. i attached
udev test output.
