The Class Saturday July 9th “Bored with Pilates? Can’t be bothered with
Salsa-cise? There’s a new exercise class that you will give you confidence and a
fit body …. And your fella the shock of his life.” Exotic dancing is much more than dancing sexy. Come
gain the confidence to express your authentic self. This class is about you
finding you. It’s learning how to reach deep within yourself to find your inner
beauty and grace and combine these into sensual movements that only you can
express. The non-intimidating style of the class helps you
to overcome inhibitions and fosters your confidence and self-_expression_. All of
our instructors are trained to create an environment that is supportive, not
competitive. Semi-private and
Private Classes Available Perhaps, you’ve taken one of our classes and are looking to
perfect your routine or would just like a highly personalized experience. Our
instructors are available for semi-private (from two to four women per
semi-private lesson) and private (one to one) instruction. Semi-private lessons
are two hours in duration and privates are booked on an hourly basis. Class
