This after stopping bucardo. The "Current state" went to "bad", but

notification of last state. Am i right?
Yes. But feel free to suggest better output, some of the status stuff
has been around the block a few times and is no longer very intuitive.
I'd say that after an error state has cleared...the best status
indicator would be "Cleared". Either that, or perhaps a flag one can
throw at bucardo to tell it 'yes, i'm aware of the error, you can clear
this field now'?
