On running: 'bucardo install' with command line options (eg: bucardo install --dbuser pgsql --dbname bucardo --dbhost localhost --dbport 5432 --pid-dir /space/bucardo )
I'm interactively prompted for settings... and ignores some options (dbuser, and dbname, but recognises and sets dbhost and pid-dir) However, if I put --user it says 'invalid option' and then does not run interactively...
