Just wanted to give you an update regarding a real estate company which you need to be extra conscious while dealing with, as they cheat other agents for their commission. I am just sending this awareness as I see that this company has cheated many agents working for them and also other outside agents for their commission and we are ONE of their victims. Also when I saw the email from this lady below a long time back, I thought it was just a normal email and I did not take it seriously about the way this company treat people. But when I went to their office to collect my commission cheque, I was ill treated and was told by the owner of the company to contact the lawyer to get my commission and by the way from his talks he was in no intention to give me our money. I have all the legal documents along with the tenancy contract, Invoice and the Receiving that they gave when I submitted the commission cheque from the tenent. They made me run around for more than 4 Months and every time there is one or the other excuse. So I request all my friends and fellow agents to be very careful while dealing with “Jumeira Beach Real Estate”. Anyways I have a little hope of getting my money back from them, but with this effort of awareness i want to help other companies not to get into trouble with this company. My bad luck started after joining with this company. No need to tell more I had to go to jail because of this local and his lady love Sujithna. I joined this company on a good faith that I can improve my financial status and good career in real estate industry. But unfortunately the things were different for me, not only for me but for other people like Abdul Salam, (Now working with Deyaar development) Alawi, Tamer, Mazen etc; most of the talented & good agents had left the company because of the scoundrel local and his lady love sujithna. No wonder to say that I was the last among the above. I resigned from this company by July 2006, coz he was not ready to settle my salary or commissions nor he was not ready to cancel my visa. He had given a fake complaint in Dubai Court stating that I had done signature forgery and he had conducted meeting in the office informed everybody that I had done and taken a letter from that I had done signature forgery. He was misusing the Dubai court and police for his personal endveours as well as the employees of the company also especially she was the only person who was supporting him and disturbed other people who was performing well. I approached labour department for Ms. Abra for justice, but she did not consider my complaint about the company and allowed the employer to go to court for his mischief. Very late I knew that she has divine affair with him. (Illegal). So she had disappointed me . After 1 year I knew that other people including his lady love sujithna approached labour department and met some other legal adviser and this scoundrel local was sitting in the labour to settle their salary and commission. In between blackmailing my brother he had taken dirhams 6500/- stating that I need to pay visa charges and promised that he will cancel my visa and allow me to go back to my country. Later on I knew that nobody has paid any money towards visa expenses. At this time me and my brothers family was in the hospital in Al Ain due to accident as well as my brothers baby passed away due to this major accident leaving us in great injuries, and that time also he was not ready to settle my dues. I was pregnant that time when he knew that he had taken all his chances to black mail me and my bother to extort money from us. You will not see a scoundrel local like him in this world. And his lady love sujithna was supporting him for all his mischief’s knowing all my difficulties. What is her advantage in this I do not know. God almighty has proved that he is with me coz after 1 and half years she has changed her statement in the court and the manager who had represented the company for my case was missing ; all these reflects the reputation of the company. I was struggling hard to survive all these days to meet my accommodation and medical expenses and also transportation to court and police. If you check with the jafiliya police station Police officer who has take my case Mr. Soud you will know my difficulty. Even they were surprised to see my case which does not have any particular reason or benefit for me. I had suffered my losses because of this local scoundrel; even I know he will not be able to repay for some of my losses. After all pains and struggles god almighty has gifted me a Baby Angel; not only that he placed her in the right hands. I don’t had to tell you that my husband was so good that he did not allow me or my baby angel to sit in the court or police for her fatherhood and he had taken her away from this miseries. She is becoming 2 years old by this April 2nd. She is with my family back in India. I came to know that after this incident also he approached rulers court (Gunda court) stating that I was working outside. If you check with the hospital authorities they everyone will know my sad plight more over what ever he was telling about the outside deal that is not true. And it is only he is telling out of his vims and fancies. As such since 4 years the real estate is completely down and borker companies are really difficult to sustain coz people coming to Dubai are not fools. Before giving deposit or commission they will visit the client office or they will issue the payment only to the real estate company and not to an agent. So there is no option for outside deal. We only can offer properties and no deals happened and even I knew that his lady love sujithna was not having any deal and was sitting simply in the office, almost all the real the real estate companies had hard times since 3 years; but nobody come to court or police along with their lady staff. When I joined with the company instead of salary they provide us with credit card which proves that all this endeavors were pre-planned. We had to use our credit card for living in this country ; moreover the pains I had taken is much more at this time. As everybody know delivery of woman is much important in her life and it is the time ladies has to take rest and devote to god almighty for a healthy baby. But for me at this time I had to spend in court and police station for justice; even though I did not get any Justice, other than lot of debts and financial liabilities. Now bankers are calling me for the credit card collection but since I am on unemployment I am unable to repay. I don’t had to tell about much more about this scoundrel local. Now his lady love sujithna is working for another real estate called Blue Water Real Estate which was managed my I.B Khurani; we need to check with him whether he is sitting in the court and police for personal endveours against manoj kulkarni who another employee of this company. Thank god he will not be pregnant. I want rulers court and police to know what is the actual fact & help me out in this situation. My passport is with Dubai police and they told me that I had travel bank coz I need to settle the money of credit cards. After giving me all troubles & difficulties he is not ready to help me out in this situation. Instead he is sending me kachra mails and threatening me that he will disturb me. As all the issues happened on his interest & will and he is the person who has to settle my dues. Since 6 months I could not send any money home and it is really hard situation in my family, coz they had to take care of my baby who is under treatment in Indian hospital. She is having fix and not in good health in between and doctors were telling that it is because of the scoundrel local’s case and court at the time of pregnancy It has affected her health too…. I came to this country only to make little money to keep a house in my country. While asking for a loan letter the scoundrel has given all troubles to me. As such you can see that there are other good locals also in this country Galadari, Gargash, Al Futtaim,. Al Tayer even so many Indian ladies are working in their companies and I did not see them coming to police or court or approaching rulers court for their personal endevours. I need to inform everyone that this local is a scoundrel; who try to take advantage of woman. He will not get any fortune in life nor his family has to face troubles not only that his children will soon come to footpath for disturbing me and my baby. He will be punished for all his sins by god almighty soon…… I am writing all these facts coz I was everybody to know the truth and act accordingly, his Gunda person- Ali – 055 7559848 and his illegal affairs like Lady love Ms. Abra labour department, and Lady love Sujithna , Fatima of Al Ain, Philipino lady Solly hima and his made in Pakistan lady and at last Russian lady and 2 children. Soon we can see them coming to court. Please do not refer your friends or relatives or your clients to this company coz they only have a trade license which is for blackmailing & woman trading and more over this local man is also dangerous if you want to know much more details you can contact lady love Sujithna or old employees of the company they will tell you. I hope ruler will see my matter seriously & will give me justice, coz I need to go back home & join with my baby even if bear hand . coz this is not the time for me for revenge or for possibilities coz my baby’s condition is bad. I come from a good country India where we have a labour department very active to protect our rights even a minister was send to jail who was disturbing a lady officer in kerala government. We have a standard law which protects every body even a common man. Also woman has respect in the society what so ever job she is in. Also we do have a lot of womens association which will protect the ladies who are in trouble and private financial companies who will support for our urgent needs……. As of my opinion people will not come back to this coun try nor the investors if they had a tough time like me & let I tell you frankly that is a shame for all the locals in this country. I hope the Ruler will do the needful to help me out to go back to my country in this situation as I am innocent in this case. If he checks in the labour department he will see my copy of the complaint. What so ever I had not done any wrong to anybody in this country nor this scoundrel local even, I got chances to pull him down. I was on a hope that he will understand me.
