Attachment: interceptor.patch
Create interfaces for Interceptor and DelegateProcessor and move the interfaces
to spi. The implementation classes are renamed to DefaultInterceptor and
DefaultDelegateProcessor. All classes that reference these are changed to use
only the interfaces where possible.
