hello, i have one problem regarding electrostatic field calculation . in a PDB with 2 A resolution many atoms of side chan if argenine and aspartate , lysine and glutamate are missing due to weak electron density . i want to calulate the field how should i go for it . if i ll build the side chain atom is this wil be correct way to do these calculation. welcome ur valuable sugessions .
