I don't give credit to Affirmative Action for this rise; I give credit to the individuals that worked hard to get where they are.
Racism how many of those 61k rich white people have had it handed down for generations, with the money coming from long before they even got to this country? Most of them. One problem with comparing trends is that you have to take into account the time frame. Also, something very interesting about the stat you just gave, If I've done my math right, the number of blacks in this bracket equates to 12.5 percent of the bracket. The total black population as a percentage of the entire US population is 12.3%.
