Could have been worse without the construction, it sounds like. I've seen
Minny's rush hour, it is pretty extensive. I would imagine if both lanes
would have been open, perhaps twice as many cars would have been one the
bridge when it collapsed.

Have you seen the surveillance video of the bridge collapse? Silent...eerie.
