You don't.

There are a few ways to bring peace to Islam.
* One involves beating them into submission and making every threat of
resistance or retaliation a capital offense that extends to the family
beyond the offender... but too many are used to that already.
* Another is to promote and protect those clerics that teach peace for
four generations.
* A third is to focus on the children and teach them lessons of peace
and compromise. It is downright disturbing that there are "suicide
bomber" costumes for 7 year olds! This would also have to be pushed
for generations.

The problem with hate is that it is a learned emotion. Children learn
it from their parents and from their social and religious leaders. In
order to change the hate, education is needed. No law passed today
will have the effect of education for a few generations.

If you want to see an example of this in action, look at where America
stands now on the issues of race and equality. It's been a couple of
generations and now we have a woman and black man as candidates for
President. When this country was formed, women could not vote and few
if any blacks owned their freedom.
