Yes, she cut property tax by 60% only after they had increased sales
tax the year before.

In reality that helps businesses because the businesses property tax
was cut but they are largely unaffected by sales tax.

And left the city with $22mil in debt... so spending never stopped.
That is why she is popular but stuff only flies for a while.

I see someone that is vindictive and a cutthroat. When she doesn't get
her way she goes out of her way to put you on her enemy list.
