This makes no sense.  If people are migrating to lower tax states, why is 
the population of california the hugest in the nation?  Income per household 
in california is higher than in florida.  New Hampshireites make a shitload 
of money per household so maybe the richest californians moved to new 
hampshire but it can't be too many people.  New Hampshire is empty compared 
ot Ca.
