Walther makes a small .22 with an integrated laser:

Tiny, can go right in your pocket with the 3.5 inch barrel. There are some
decent hot .22 self defense rounds out there, I'd recommend .22 over .380 or
..25 competitors.

The Taurus millennium pro series pistols are tiny and come chambered in real
rounds (9, 40, 45) and can have rail mounts on them for lasers.

There is also a company that makes a laser that replace the main guide rail
and spring inside the pistol. Nothing external at all, so it stays compact.

Oh and crimson grips I think they are called, laser sight grips that you
screw on your gun. Keeps it small.
