I don't get why a lot of places don't pick up telecommuting.  It opens you
up to a much wider range of talent and makes you way more flexable.

Blah. Seems silly and a waste. I don't know. It's not like it's a liaison
position. You're gonna be writing code. You need someone to lug boxes, hire
a grunt.
